The above would indicate a Universal Spin of half the speed of light.
The cause, creating the spinning of the two black holes, would be the force behind the Universal Spin as well.
Dark Matter has no influence whatsoever on the Universal Spin whereas Dark Energy empowers the Universal Spin.
Dark Energy is driven by an (immaterial) force that has the ability of controlling it as well. The questions in the search area from and beyond that latter force would be ones for Great Theologists to answer.
